Things I’ve Been Loving! – January 2015

Let’s talk about some of the beauty and skin care products I have been using non-stop in January. Monthly beauty favourites post is an amazing way to share what have you been loving lately, I’m so bummed I haven’t done any of these posts before.

 So, among a few other blogging resolutions I set for myself at the start of 2015, posting monthly beauty favourite was one of the most important ones. These kind of posts tend to get a little repetitive and just a tiny bit boring but at the same time, it is an excellent way to evaluate for yourself, what products have you been reaching out for the most, also it’s an insanely easy way to tell your readers about some great beauty products.

Keeping this month’s favourite simple and short, let’s just jump straight to the products I used the most this month:

Real Techniques Contour Brush: Originally, this brush is a part of Real Technique’s Core Collection Set. I find it perfect not just for contouring of the face but also for the application of powder blush. If I may dare to say, I find it even better than the Real Technique’s Blush Brush. *gasps*

POND'S Clear Balance No Blackheads Deep Cleansing Facial Foam:  I have been really open about trying new face washes but nothing has impressed me more than this. Seriously, I have lost count of the tubes I have finished of this amazing face wash. MUST TRY if you have oily skin.

Freeman Beauty Anti-Stress Dead Sea Mineral Mask:  Makes skin squeaky clean, purifies pores and combat extra oiliness. What more could you ask for!

Revlon ColorBurst Balm Stain in “Adore”: It’s no secret; I’m a huge admirer of Revlon balm stains for their formula and longevity. Imagine my delight when I won two shades of these recently from a giveaway hosted by What Fatemah Says. Review and swatches of Adore are coming real soon on blog.

Luscious Super Moisturizing Lipstick in “Desire”: I’m going through a major bold-lips phase in my life these days and this is just the perfect brick red colour to flaunt in winters.

Major LOVVEE of the Month: Sheldon Cooper! :D

January has been hell crazy+busy for me; juggling between my day job and my post graduation research isn’t a piece of cake. But my dear friends, at the end of every long and hectic day, there’s always a clip of Sheldon Cooper to cheer you up. The Big Bang Theory seriously works as a stress relieving therapy for me. Try it for yourself to believe it! Below, I'm leaving you with some classic Cooper LOLs.  BAZINGAA!! ;)
