I love Noodles, each and every type of them! We have that one small restaurant near our house that serves the best stir-fried egg noodles which me and my siblings can eat everyday for the rest of our lives without getting bored. Yes, it's that good! The soft yet chewy noodles, just perfect balance of ingredients and that appetizing aroma is worth ordering that dish again and again. Since my family is crazy for those noodles, I tried making them at home several times; experimenting with different ingredients, using different ratios and proportions of sauces and spices and even tried a couple of different cooking techniques. Finally I came up with this recipe that taste just as good as those stir-fried noodles that are served to us in a local restaurant if not better! Love cooking? I love cooking, but only when in mood! Few days back I was in a mood to bake something. After thinking for a while I collected all ingredients of brownies and spent a complete hour in preparing it.
