What's in My Makeup Bag - University Edition

Sneaking into other's makeup bag is the best way to know which products they are using and loving at the moment. Want to know which products I house in my pink makeup bag that I always carry with me to the university? Keep reading!

I already have done a post with a same title on the blog but that was my holiday makeup bag. I don't wear much makeup to my regular classes - just a few quick things to enhance features and hide any occasional blemish is all I do in my routine. I like my makeup bag light and clutter free so only very few products that I use religiously are in it & this bag is always always in my handbag, no matter what!

Things I Carry in my Makeup Bag:

Luscious Cosmetics' High Definition Mineral Liquid Foundation is my favourite these days. I love the dewy finish and light coverage, perfect for no-makeup look.

To set my foundation, I lightly dab some Luscious Cosmetics' Velvet Matte Pressed Powder over it. Probably one of the best oil controlling products available locally in Pakistan.

MUA Pressed Powder in shade 4 is also a part of my daily beauty routine, I use it to contour my cheeks and eyes. For a light pink flush, I always go for Color Studio Professional's Blush - Pixie Pink. Since it's matte, it doesn't accentuate my pores and appears really natural on me.

I don't wear eyeshadows in my daily routine but I religiously fill my brows and tightline my eyes, these two simple steps brilliantly gives a polished look to your over all personality without being over-madeup. Luscious Cosmetics' Eyebrow Definer Pencil is my favourite to get this job done and currently I'm loving Diana of London Eyeliner for tightlining the eyes.

Single coat of Color Studio Professional's Waterproof Mascara completes my eye makeup. This is a nice product that provides enough length and volume to my lashes - nothing dramatic really.

For lips, I never skip a lip balm. Currently I'm using Hot Lips by MUA. My favourite everyday lipstick is Buff Pink by Luscious Cosmetics. During the days, I want something more bright on lips, I go for Revlon Kissable Balm Stain in Sweetheart, it lasts forever on my lips but the glossiness wears off within an hour so I keep Rivaj-UK Color Art Lipgloss in shade 04 for touch ups handy.

In addition to all these cosmetics, a mirror and a pair of tweezers is always in my bag too. I'm constantly shuttling between two cities these days and can't take all my cosmetics with me all the time, but with only these few products I manage to get a perfectly flawless face all the time!

Spotted any of your favourite product in my bag? Would love to know your makeup bag essentials!

Much Love,
Zubia Rizvi
