Midi rings are really not a new thing in fashion, Phoebe Buffay or should I say Princess Consuela Banana Hammock had rocked them nearly two decades ago. Fast forward to 2013, and we have midies back in fashion like a boss again. And, if you trust my instincts, they are really not going away any time soon.
Rings are my favourite jewellery items and I just had to get my hands on some of these midis, finding them here in Pakistan wasn't really that convenient. I couldn't find them in the local jewellery stores in my city but lots of online stores were selling them. I ordered mine, a set of six midi rings from the Facebook page Bling. The didn't have them in stock due to high demand so I had to pre-order. The ordering process was simple and hassle free. I didn't have to pay any advance and paid the complete amount once the order arrived my house. I would recommend this store, they have some cute and trendy items with a dirt cheap price tag. The rings I got are okay-ish quality wise as per the price I paid, they don't look cheap or tacky but really pretty. They haven't tarnished yet but I guess they will eventually, let's see when. So, if you guys are looking for midi rings in Pakistan in an affordable price, Bling is the place to visit.
On the nails here, we have Luscious Cosmetics' Designer Nail Paint in Nomi Ansari, which was launched last year and I believe still can be purchased from the website. I'm really messy when it comes to applying nail paint so please excuse me for the clumsy application and focus on rings, they are gorgeous! Aren't they?
On a side note, I have been missing in action because of my finals - had tons of projects to complete and submit, but now I'm back and hopefully will be active in blogging and all other social media forums, join me on instagram, twitter and Facebook, if you haven't already. Trust me, I always follow back! ;)
