Up for a chocolate brownie?

I love cooking, but only when in mood! Few days back I was in a mood to bake something. After thinking for a while I collected all ingredients of brownies and spent a complete hour in preparing it. The end results were great. I'm sharing the simple and easy recipe here, I'm not an expert but have tried this recipe a couple of times and it turned out great always.

Ingredients:

Flour                     6 tablespoon
Baking powder      1/2 teaspoon
Eggs                      2
Butter                    6-7 tablespoon (melted)
Cocoa powder        4 tablespoon
Sugar                    1 cup
Vanilla essence      1/2 teaspoon
Chocolate chip       3 tablespoon
Walnuts                 3 tablespoon

Method:

1- First of all, melt your butter. Add cocoa powder in it and mix well.

2- Beat eggs, add vanilla essence and sugar in it. Mix these three things together.

3- Now add your butter mixture to your egg mixture and mix them well.

4- Add baking powder to your flour, mix these two dry ingredients well and add it to your egg mixture, one tablespoon at a time and fold it.

5- Now take your chocolate chip and walnuts and fold them into the mixture.

6- Take an oven-safe dish, grease it with butter or oil and pour your mixture into it.

7- Preheat your oven at 170 C for 10 minutes and bake your brownies for 20-30 minutes.

8- Once it's baked, allow it to cool and cut into square pieces.

9- You can also make a chocolate topping for your brownies. I didn't make it this time but I do love it.

For chocolate topping:

* Take a pan, add two tablespoon butter and put it on low flame. Quickly add two tablespoon sugar, some cooking chocolate or chocolate chips and little milk. Mix it together, allow it to cool for a short while and pour over your brownies.

Do you enjoy cooking? Have you tried and loved any recipe of brownies? Do let me know in the comments :)

  2. I am *always* up for chocolate brownies, hehe! These look so good & easy to make. I'm usually lazy & use packet mixes which still taste nice but it's always satisfying when you make it all by hand :)
